We are looking for a new member to join our GUESS team in Hede Fashion Outlet, Kungsbacka. The position as a Sales Associate in GUESS suits a person that has an eye for fashion, is strongly customer oriented and driven to reach store goals together with their team members - and all this with a radiant, positive attitude!  

It is meritorious if you have worked in retail before.  

The position is part time (0-10h/w) and is to be filled in the beginning of spring. If this sounds like a job for you, we would love to read your resume together with your cover letter.  

Position Overview 

The sales associate is responsible for maintaining store standards and delivering a positive customer experience. The sales associate will also be responsible for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team (i.e. housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards, etc.). 

Customer Experience 

1. Greets customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business like greeting 

2. Creates a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to dress code 

3. Creates a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness 

4. Provides customers with current relevant information about the product 

5. Provides quality service in the fitting rooms, follows up with customers in a timely manner and maintains cash wrap cleanliness 

6. Provides efficient service at the cash wrap, offers Gift Cards, maintains cash wrap cleanliness and captures customer information in the database 

7. Sincerely thanks all customers for shopping as they exit the store 

Cooperation & Dependability 

1. Satisfactorily completes all duties as assigned by management 

2. Is punctual and adheres to designated work schedule 

3. Is flexible and works well with peers and management to accomplish duties 

4. Demonstrates a sense of urgency to maintain visual standards within their assigned zone 

5. Follows GUESS Policies and Procedures 100% 

6. Performs housekeeping duties as required 

Miscellaneous Responsibilities 

1. Participates in and attends all store meetings and other related functions 

2. Represents a positive attitude toward the merchandise and the company 

3. Participates in all inventories 

4. Assumes and completes other duties as assigned by store management 

5. Some heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds 

6. Scheduled shifts may require standing for a minimum of eight hours
