West Coast quality – for real!

The classic combination of meat and bread, a.k.a. THE HAMBURGER, comes in more versions than there are trees in Slottsskogen. What sets DINÉ apart from the rest then? Well - for almost 10 years we have tested endless varieties of meat mixes, bread recipes and dressings all over the world. With so much meat on the bones (and between the buns), we finally felt ready to deliver burgers at a level that on the west coast is called really damn good.

Making everything from scratch is a priority for us. Hamburgers are a craft and we grind our own meat on site in the restaurant, in order to deliver the freshest burger possible. All dressings are home-whipped according to our own recipe and our buttered brioche bread envelops the meat with incredible tenderness.

It all started with a salesman, a maître d’, an economist and a bartender from Gothenburg, who decided that shortcuts are for pussies and that real hard work leads to the best possible burger. That these four guys would later run seven restaurants in four different cities is no coincidence. That's because everything that leaves the door at DINÉ, does so with pride.
