Competition Terms and Conditions - WIN A SKI TRIP TO FYRI RESORT

1. Information About the Competition

The competition “Win a Ski Trip to Fyri Resort” is organized by Hede Fashion Outlet AB (“the Organizer”). The competition opens on 2026‑01‑28 and closes on 2026‑02‑15.

2. Conditions for Participation

All natural persons may participate in the competition provided that they: (i) are eligible to travel to Norway from Sweden; and (ii) are at least 18 years of age and participate as private individuals.

3. Valid Email Address and Membership in the Fashion Club

3.1. A condition for participating in the competition is that the participant must be a natural person and a Fashion Club member who has opted to receive marketing communications.

3.2. Any entry to the competition made with an invalid email address will be disqualified.

4. The Prize

4.1. The prize consists of a trip for two (2) persons to Fyri Resort in Norway and includes the following:

• Hotel accommodation (2 nights), including access to the Pool Club and breakfast. Arrival Sunday–Thursday during winter 2026/2027.
• Ski rental for 2 persons from Sports Club, for 2 days.
• Ski lift passes for 2 persons, for 2 days.
• One gift card for Hede Fashion Outlet valued at 3,000 SEK.

5. Prize Conditions

5.1. The prize must be used between the following dates: February 2026 – December 2027 (the gift card is valid for 1 year).

5.2. The prize winner must cover all expenses and costs not explicitly stated in these terms. For the avoidance of doubt, the following expenses are not included in the prize:

5.2.1 Transportation costs.

5.2.2 Food expenses.

5.2.3 Personal travel and health insurance.

5.2.4 Spending money.

5.2.5 Any other additional costs related to travel, accommodation, etc.

6. Competition Requirements

6.1. To participate in the competition, you must visit Hede Fashion Outlet between 2026‑01‑29 and 2026‑02‑15 and register a Fashion Club transaction of 1,500 SEK or more during this period. If you qualify for the competition, you will receive a link via email where you will be asked to accept these terms and answer a question to participate in the prize draw.

6.2. You may only participate once in this competition. Any participation exceeding this maximum will be disqualified and will not be valid. If multiple entries are submitted for any reason, the last submitted answer will be considered the competition entry.

6.3. The email address used for participation must match the one associated with your Fashion Club membership that the qualifying transaction was made with.

7. Prize Winner

7.1. The prize described in clause 4 will be awarded to the participant who answers the question correctly (or, if no participant answers correctly, to the participant whose answer is closest to the correct one). If several participants submit the correct answer, a tie‑breaker question will be asked. The winner will then be the participant who answers the tie‑breaker correctly or closest to the correct answer.

7.2. Winners will receive an email (and/or phone call if a phone number is available) from the Organizer after the Organizer has made its final decision.

7.3. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within one month from the date on which the notification was sent. If no confirmation is received within this time frame, the prize will be deemed forfeited and the Organizer has the right to select another winner.

7.4. Any prize tax related to the value of the prize shall be paid by the prize winner. The Organizer disclaims all responsibility in this regard.

8. Fraud

Any attempt at fraud will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant. Submitted identification must match the name used during registration in the Fashion Club programme (see clause 13). If not, the participant will be disqualified immediately.

9. No Resale

9.1. Reselling the prize from the competition is strictly prohibited.

9.2. The prize may only be used by the receiving Fashion Club member and may not be sold or transferred to any third party.

9.3. Any breach of this provision will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant.

10. No Transfer of Prizes

Prizes are personal and cannot be transferred. Winners may not exchange prizes for any other item or benefit.

11. Non‑Compliance

If the winner does not meet the criteria in these terms, the prize will not be awarded and will remain the property of the Organizer.

12. Publication of Winner Information and Copyright

12.1. The Organizer reserves the right to publish the name and photo of the winner and the prize online at www.hedefashionoutlet.se, on social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and in other commercial or marketing materials, without additional compensation. By participating, the participant expressly consents to such publication.

12.2. Each participant: (i) confirms that copyright to all submitted competition entries will be owned by the Organizer; and (ii) waives all moral rights to the submitted entry.

13. Identity Verification

Participants consent to having their identity verified and their stated residence compared with their identification. Any false statement regarding identity or address will result in immediate disqualification.

14. Internet Use

14.1. Participation in the competition presumes knowledge of and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, particularly regarding technical performance, risk of interruption, and, more generally, risks associated with Internet connection and data transfer, the lack of protection for certain data, potential misappropriation, and the risk of online viruses.

14.2. The Organizer can under no circumstances be held liable for, among other things:

• Internet transmissions.
• Internet and/or software failures.
• Consequences of viruses, bugs, disruptions, technical defects.
• Any technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind.

15. Liability

15.1. The Organizer cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from interruptions, malfunctions, disqualification of participants, or termination of the competition for any reason. This includes any direct or indirect damage that may arise from connections to this website.

15.2. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for: (i) prizes not redeemed; (ii) any damage and/or personal injury suffered when using the Prize, unless such damage and/or injury is caused by the Organizer’s breach of its legal obligations.

15.3. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for cancellation or delays of any part of the Prize due to an error attributable to the winner (either directly or indirectly).

15.4. Each participant must take all necessary measures to secure their own data and/or software on their computer (including tablets) and/or mobile equipment and/or website against possible attacks.

15.5. Connection to the Organizer’s website and participation in the competition is at the participant’s own risk. The Organizer cannot be held liable if the competition must be amended, shortened, or cancelled due to force majeure or reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.

15.6. The Organizer reserves the right to determine whether the terms have been followed, particularly in order to exclude participants who have abused the conditions.

16. Force Majeure

During the competition, any supplements or, in the event of force majeure, amendments may be published following notice from the Organizer. These will be considered additions to these terms.

17. Changes and/or Cancellation of the Competition

17.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, or completely suspend the competition under extreme circumstances due to events beyond its control. The Organizer cannot be held liable if the competition must be cancelled, delayed, or suspended due to reasons outside its control.

17.2. All situations not explicitly covered in these terms will be decided by the Organizer, whose decision is final.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the competition, the participant confirms and accepts these terms.

19. Data Protection and Privacy

19.1. Unless otherwise stated by the participant, the information provided in the competition registration will be entered into the Organizer’s database.

19.2. We protect the participant’s privacy and only use personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please read our Privacy Policy available at https://www.hedefashionoutlet.se/en/privacy-policy to understand how your personal data is collected and used as part of the “Win a Ski Trip to Fyri Resort” competition. The competition between you as a participant and us as the Organizer requires that we process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

20.2. If you no longer wish to receive notifications from us, or if you wish to withdraw your participation in “Win a Ski Trip to Fyri Resort”, or inform us of any changes to your membership details, please notify us by sending an email to [email protected].

21. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and any disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction.
