Team Lead Info Centre

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Team Lead of the Information Centre at Hede Fashion Outlet, you will play a key role in developing and managing our visitor services. You will lead the daily operations of the Information Centre, ensuring that our guests receive professional guidance, relevant information, and a warm welcome. The role involves close collaboration with our stores, Retail and Marketing teams, as well as external partners. You will be an important ambassador for Hede Fashion Outlet and contribute to creating a positive overall experience for all our visitors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

• Ensure a professional and service-oriented approach when interacting with Swedish and international visitors.
• Handle enquiries in person, by phone, and via email, guiding visitors to the appropriate information or contact person.
• Manage visitor services such as Tax Free support, gift cards, lost property, and accessibility aids.

Information & Communication

• Ensure visitors always have access to up-to-date information regarding offers, campaigns, and activities.
• Act as the liaison between the Information Centre and the stores, and be responsible for the communication and distribution of campaign and information materials.
• Support the Retail and Marketing teams with campaigns, events, and customer activities.
• Contribute to strengthening Hede Fashion Outlet as a visitor destination by developing relationships with tourism organisations, tour operators, and other partners, while actively working to attract more national and international visitors.

Administration

• Be responsible for administrative tasks related to the Hede Fashion Club, membership database, and customer enquiries.
• Register and follow up on tourist arrivals, group visits, and coach tours.
• Manage inventory of information materials, tourist brochures, gift cards, and campaign materials.
• Contribute to developing working methods and improving the visitor experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in customer service, visitor services, reception, or a similar role.
• Confident in taking responsibility and independently managing daily operations.
• A natural host with a passion for creating excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach when interacting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong administrative skills and comfortable working with digital systems, such as the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience from retail, tourism, hospitality, visitor attractions, or international customer service is considered an advantage.
